What Areas Do You Service?
Fort Worth, Benbrook, Mansfield, Burleson, Crowley, Granbury, and Weatherford.
Will You Provide Transportation?
We will provide transportation as needed per our agreement.
If using a caregiver's vehicle, mileage is charged at .67 cents per mile. If using a client's car, no mileage rate is charged.
Will I Have the Same Caregiver?
We do our best to send the same person; however, there are times when a substitute will be sent when your regular caregiver is unavailable.
Who Are Your Caregivers?
We screen professional experience skills and personal companions, do comprehensive background checks, and are personally trained by our management team.
Who Contracts My Services?
You work with us to schedule times, dates, and service days.
How Long Do You Want Our Service?
You can choose one-time, daily, or monthly.
Can I Contract With Ladybug Care Services?
We have no contract. You can keep us for as long or a short time as you deem necessary.
What Are Your Rates?
We have an hourly rate with a 4 hour minimum per visit.
Do You Help With Medications?
We are a non-licensed home care service; we can only remind clients to take medications, and we cannot take them from bottles or pill organizers.
