Navigating Home Care for Seniors: A Compassionate Approach With Ladybug Care Services

I love Ladybug Care Services for many reasons; Tracy provides amazing companionship, runs errands, takes me to Dr. Visits, does light housekeeping, its always easy to reach them and they are always flexible with my schedule.

I cannot say enough good things about Ladybug Services!! They have been an answered prayer.  We are often out of town and Ladybug has taken wonderful care of my mother while we were gone.  Tracy and Brandi have been the ladies to come visit my mom. They've been exceptionally kind, compassionate, friendly and patient. They've taken my mom to appointments, run errands, even taken her to the movies to get her out of the house. We truly adore them and are quite grateful for the way they take care of my mom!

Tracy and her team cared for my 90-year-old Mom. After a hospital and rehab stay. They were extremely dependable, caring, and compassionate to her on her progress. They were present at her home therapy session and worked with her to regain strength and balance. Not only were they physical support, but provided much-needed emotional support to her. We were extremely fortunate to find Tracy Sellers (now Loyd) through several recommendations when we were on the search for a 24/7 nurse for my mother-in-law Tracy and her fantastic rotation of ladies have now been with us for a year and a half. These gals are the most carry and loving women I have met. They treat my mother-in-law as if she was their mother. They are all so patient with my mother-in-law, even when her Alzheimer's brings out the worst in her. We are truly blessed to have these wonderful Christian women in our lives. Tracy Sellers (now Loyd) embodies the perfect person to be a Healthcare Professional. She is not only a registered nurse but also a mom and grandmother. This in my opinion gives her the necessary skills to perform the tasks as an in-home care provider. Tracy has had Ladybug Home Care (now Ladybug Care Services, LLC) for over 20 years. Tracy is a special person. She took care of my dad when I was desperately seeking someone to fulfill the role. She is patient, kind and knowledgeable in her profession. Always on call calm in emergencies and an impressive lady. All these skills continue to keep her at the top of her profession as a professional care provider and a business owner. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tracy and Ladybug Care Services to any person that needs home health care. This was one of the biggest decisions that I ever had to make, and Tracy made the transition easy for me. She Not only was my dad's in-house home care provider. She became his friend. She also was able to take him to doctor’s appointments, so I was always able to continue working.

I can't express my gratitude for Ladybug Services adequately enough. My senior mom is thankfully able to live on her own, but she does need help around the house and with errands and Dr appts a few times a month. I used to worry a LOT about her- until Ladybug Services came along!! Tracy has been a literal answer to prayer. Not only does she help my mom with alllllll the things, but she’s also provides wonderful companionship. I truly struggled with being so far away from my Mom because I felt guilty not being able to help when she needed me - and Ladybug Services alleviated my guilt & worries.
